Shipping

We ship from the workshop. Domestic parcels usually leave within 2–4 working days. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

Orders over $90 ship free inside the contiguous United States. Below that, a flat $8. International shipping is calculated at checkout from weight.

We do not ship to PO boxes for iron cookware — the carriers will not. Use a street address.

If a parcel sits at a depot, the tracking page is the first place to look. If it is truly lost, we reship or refund after the carrier closes the case.
