Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send an unused item back. It needs to be in sellable condition, with the packing it arrived in if you still have it.

Write to [email protected] for a return label. We refund the product price to the original payment method once the parcel is checked in. Outbound shipping is not refunded unless we shipped the wrong thing or it arrived damaged.

Used cookware that has been seasoned or cooked in is not returnable except where the law requires it, or where the piece is faulty. Faulty means a crack, a broken handle, a warp that makes it unusable — not a patina.
